Hesperos is ruled by a monarchy which is currently in the process of being passed down to the youngest of two princes. Right now though, people are busy arranging a marriage of one of the princes to the princess of Hua Xing.

Actually, there isn’t much to people. There’s a paranoid adviser who is useful in many situations but has an absolute fear in fairies and the wilderness in general (childhood trauma). He has a warring relationship with the Eurasian handmaiden/bodyguard of the princess.

If anything, while there are perhaps many intriguing people in Midday, they sadly have a miniscule role in the story itself and just seem to dawdle around in my mind.

There are however a number of Immortals that do have semi-important roles such as the Sun Goddess who serves as Midday’s boss (in a way) and aunt-figure. The Four Old Gods which include Chronos also are sort of important I guess and then there’s Midday’s siblings. I could introduce the whole Pantheon really but they don’t do much.

There are also lots of non-people characters such as lions, griffins, bears, a ram, Dal Tokki (whom I love but will never appear) and Olympia!

This is actually really hard to explain, didn’t know whether it meant minor characters or maybe how is it like living in Hesperos. Either ways, I don’t have a lot to offer.
